2288 Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on or using the 2288 platform in any way, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. This agreement forms a legally binding contract between you and 2288. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

These terms apply to all platform activities including but not limited to playing Fish Games, Bingo, Live Casino, Slots and Sports Betting; making deposits and withdrawal requests; participating in promotions; and accessing VIP programme benefits. Using the 2288 Android app is also governed by these same terms.

2288 reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the 2288 platform, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. The platform is strictly for adults. Minors are not permitted to register or use any part of the 2288 platform.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete information during the registration process. Providing false information, including a fake name, date of birth or contact details, is a breach of these terms.
• You must be registering for your own personal use and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or associate of 2288 or any of its affiliated companies or game providers.
• You must not already hold an active 2288 account. Each person may hold only one account.

2288 reserves the right to request verification of your identity at any stage, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or if unusual activity is detected on your account. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents when requested may result in account suspension or withdrawal delays.

3. Account Rules

Each registered user holds a single 2288 account tied to their verified identity. The following rules apply to all accounts:

• One account per person: Registering or using multiple accounts is not permitted. If duplicate accounts are discovered, all accounts involved will be reviewed and may be suspended. Any bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts will be voided.
• Account security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your username, password and any two-factor authentication set up on your account. Do not share your login details with anyone.
• Account access: If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact 2288 support immediately. Prompt reporting limits your liability for unauthorised activity.
• Account currency: All 2288 accounts operate in PKR. There is no option to hold a multi-currency balance on the platform.
• Inactive accounts: Accounts that remain inactive for an extended period may be subject to administrative review. 2288 will make reasonable efforts to contact the account holder before taking any action.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the 2288 platform are conducted in PKR. The following payment methods are supported: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit/credit cards and mobile wallets.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the deposits section of your account dashboard.
• Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Deposited funds are available in your 2288 balance once the payment is confirmed by the payment provider.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where technically possible.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are shown in the withdrawal section of your dashboard.
• Withdrawals are processed within standard business processing times. VIP members at higher tiers benefit from faster processing as part of their programme benefits.
• 2288 reserves the right to request identity and payment verification before approving a withdrawal. This is a standard security measure and is not intended to delay payments for legitimate players.
• Any active bonus funds must meet their wagering requirements before the related winnings can be withdrawn. Real money funds and bonus funds are treated separately within your balance.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

2288 offers a range of bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, reload bonuses, app-exclusive promotions and seasonal offers tied to events like PSL and T20 international cricket.

The following general rules apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion page states otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable funds. The specific multiplier (e.g. 20x, 30x) is stated on the relevant promotion page.
• One promotion at a time: Only one active bonus applies to your account at any given time. You cannot stack multiple bonuses unless a promotion explicitly permits it.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Fish Games, Bingo and Slots typically contribute fully. Live Casino and Sports Betting contributions may differ and are stated per promotion.
• Expiry: Bonuses have an expiry period. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that have not met wagering requirements before expiry will be forfeited.
• Abuse prevention: 2288 reserves the right to cancel a bonus and void associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including placing opposing bets to lock in outcomes or exploiting promotion terms in ways contrary to their intended purpose.
• Maximum bet rule: While a bonus is active, placing single bets above the stated maximum bonus bet limit may result in the bonus and related winnings being voided. Maximum bet limits per promotion are shown on the Promotions page.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 2288 platform — including Fish Games, Bingo, Live Casino, Slots and Sports Betting — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. These Terms and Conditions apply in addition to individual game rules.

• Random outcomes: All digital games on 2288 use certified random number generation. Outcomes are not influenced by previous results, bet sizes or account history.
• Live Casino: Live dealer games are streamed in real time. Results are final once the round is completed and confirmed by the dealer or system. Technical disconnections during a live game round do not automatically entitle a player to a refund — the outcome already determined at the point of disconnection stands.
• Sports Betting: PSL, T20 international and other sports markets are settled according to official match results from recognised governing bodies. In-play bets accepted after an event has concluded due to data feed delays may be voided at 2288's discretion.
• Bingo: Bingo games start at scheduled times. Late entry may not be possible once a game round has begun. Prize pools and entry fees for each room are displayed before you join.
• Fish Games: Fish Game rounds are self-contained sessions. Bet amounts and game settings are confirmed before each round begins and cannot be altered mid-round.
• Malfunctions: In the event of a game malfunction or technical error, all bets placed during the affected session may be voided and stakes returned. 2288 will communicate such events through the platform notifications.

7. VIP Programme

The 2288 VIP Programme has five tiers: Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond and Elite. Progression through tiers is based on cumulative wagering activity across all game types on the platform. VIP status and benefits are reviewed on a rolling basis.

• VIP benefits include enhanced cashback rates, faster withdrawal processing, higher deposit bonus percentages, priority support and — at Platinum level and above — a dedicated account manager.
• VIP tier status is not permanent. If your wagering activity drops below the threshold required to maintain a tier, your status may be reviewed and adjusted at the next review cycle.
• VIP benefits cannot be transferred, sold or shared between accounts.
• 2288 reserves the right to modify VIP programme tiers, benefit structures and qualification thresholds. Changes will be communicated to affected players in advance.
• Abuse of VIP benefits — including artificially inflating wagering volume through low-risk or offsetting bets — will result in removal from the VIP programme and may lead to account suspension.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 2288 platform. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension and may result in legal action:

• Registering more than one account or providing false identity information during registration or verification
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or software to interact with the platform in any way
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes in Bingo, Fish Games, Live Casino or Sports Betting markets
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage — any winnings from such activity will be voided
• Placing bets designed to lock in guaranteed outcomes across multiple accounts or through coordinated play with other users
• Using the platform for any purpose related to money laundering, fraud or any other illegal financial activity
• Attempting to access other players' accounts, reverse-engineer any part of the platform, or disrupt platform services
• Making chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith after using deposited funds for gaming activity

9. Account Suspension & Closure

2288 may suspend or close an account at any time if there is reasonable grounds to believe that a player has breached these terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.

• Suspension: A suspended account cannot be used to place bets, request withdrawals or access promotions. 2288 will investigate the reason for suspension and communicate the outcome to the account holder.
• Closure for breach: If an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these terms, any bonus funds and associated winnings may be forfeited. Real money funds that were deposited and not used in breach-related activity may be returned at 2288's discretion following investigation.
• Voluntary closure: If you wish to close your account voluntarily, contact 2288 support. Any remaining real money balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to standard verification.
• Self-exclusion: Players who feel they need a break from gaming can request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion through the Responsible Gaming section of their account. During a self-exclusion period, the account cannot be reactivated.

10. Responsible Gaming

2288 takes responsible gaming seriously. The platform is designed for entertainment and we actively encourage all players to manage their gaming activity within their personal budget and time limits.

• Set a personal deposit or loss limit before you start. Decide in advance how much you are comfortable spending in a session and stick to it regardless of outcomes.
• Take regular breaks. Continuous play without pausing can affect your decision-making and enjoyment. Use the session timer tools available in your account settings.
• Never chase losses. If you have reached your pre-set limit for a session, stop playing. Chasing losses is one of the most common ways that gaming stops being entertainment and starts causing harm.

11. Privacy & Data

• Your personal data is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Payment information is handled through secure, encrypted channels. 2288 does not store full card numbers or JazzCash/Easypaisa PIN details.
• Account activity data may be analysed internally to detect fraud, verify fair play and improve the platform experience.
• By registering, you consent to 2288 sending you platform-related communications including transaction confirmations, security alerts and promotional offers. You can update your communication preferences from your account settings at any time.

12. Limitation of Liability

2288 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain reliable uptime and consistent performance, we do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or available at all times.

• 2288 is not liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, payment processing delays or game malfunctions beyond our reasonable control.
• 2288 is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's own decisions, including decisions made under the influence of any substance, or from failure to read applicable game rules or promotion terms.
• In circumstances where 2288 is found to be liable, the maximum liability to any single player in connection with any single incident shall be limited to the amount of the player's real money balance at the time of the incident.
• Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

13. Changes to Terms

2288 may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in platform features, payment options, regulatory requirements or general operational needs. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players through the platform's notification system or by email to the address registered on your account.

The updated terms will be published on this page with a revised date at the top. If you continue to use the 2288 platform after a revised version of the terms has been published, this constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure.

We recommend bookmarking this page and reviewing it periodically, particularly around major platform updates or at the start of significant sporting seasons such as the PSL.

For formal dispute resolution:

• Contact support and clearly describe the issue, including relevant dates, game sessions or transaction references.
• 2288 aims to acknowledge formal disputes within 48 hours and resolve them within a reasonable timeframe depending on complexity.
• Disputes related to Sports Betting outcomes will be reviewed against official match data from the relevant governing body (e.g. PCB for Pakistan cricket, ICC for international fixtures).
• If a dispute cannot be resolved through support, you may escalate through the formal dispute process described in the Responsible Gaming section of your account.
